Two-part sewn hook-and-loop tape, with the loop side on the pants belt and the hook side on the insert belt, prevents vertical slipping of the insert belt by connecting the loop on the pants belt with the hook tape on the insert belt. However, the insert belt can still be adjusted and moved horizontally.
